Cancellation Policy.

We value your time and dedication to your wellness journey, and we're committed to providing the best experience for both our students and instructors. To ensure that everyone benefits from a smooth and efficient schedule, we’ve updated our cancellation policy. Here’s what you need to know:

Class Participation Requirements:

  • Class Minimum Requirement: To keep things rolling, each class needs at least one registered participant to proceed. If no one signs up by the cutoff time, the class will be canceled.

Cutoff Times:

  • Morning Classes (up to noon): Please register by 10 PM the night before. If no one has signed up by then, the class will be canceled.

  • Afternoon and Evening Classes (noon and later): Please register at least three hours before the class start time. If no one has signed up by then, the class will be canceled.

Late Cancellations:

  • Refund Policy: If you need to cancel within three hours of the class start time, your deposit will be forfeited, and it will remain a late cancel in our system.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change at the last minute. Our goal with this policy is to respect and value the time of our amazing instructors who show up ready to support your fitness goals.
